Clouds On The Deck

This stage of an approaching gust front in the west sky featured an ominous looking lowering of clouds (center). The eventual storm did not live up to its appearance however, with wind speeds never exceeding 30-40 mph at this location of White Road, just a half-mile east of North Alburnett Road (W58), north of Marion, Iowa. Time and date was: 12:02 PM, Sunday, June 22, 2014.
